Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh crab meat
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 8 ripe olives, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine crab meat, chopped celery, chopped olives, chopped onion, mayonnaise, prepared mustard, salt, and white pepper in a bowl.
  2. Toss to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Cover the mixture and chill until ready to serve.
  4. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
