Ingredients

  • 4 c. cooked macaroni
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • barbecue spice
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix macaroni, oregano, and mayonnaise together.
  2. Fold in shrimp and diced tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle with barbecue spice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Best if allowed to set in refrigerator overnight.
