Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked shrimp
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • rind of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 3/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Put onion, garlic, lemon rind, vinegar, ginger, salt, and chili powder in blender jar and blend until finely chopped.
  2. Toss in cooked shrimp a few at a time.
  3. Mix in sour cream until spreading consistency.
