Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 qt. fresh cut corn
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup Cheese Whiz
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the grated cheese together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 3 or 4-quart casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Stir once after 10-15 minutes of baking.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  6. Optional: Cook in microwave oven instead of baking.
