Ingredients

  • 1 cup Miracle soup
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 packages (10 oz each) frozen sweet corn, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup Kraft natural shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Miracle soup, egg yolks, flour, sugar, and pepper in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in thawed and drained sweet corn, shredded Cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
  4. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; gently fold into the corn mixture.
  5. Pour batter into a greased 4-cup souffle dish or a 9-inch square baking dish.
  6. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
