Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 pork chops with fat removed
  • 1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 to 6 medium potatoes
  • Spry

Instructions

  1. Melt some Spry in a frying pan and brown the pork chops.
  2. Remove the chops and use paper towels to remove any excess grease.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters.
  4. Mix the potatoes, browned chops, and cream of mushroom soup in a casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 2 to 3 hours until cooked through.
  6. Serve the soup as gravy over the meat and potatoes.
