Ingredients

  • 3 free range eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 100g Parmesan
  • 1 cooked potato

Instructions

  1. Tortilla. Whisk 3 eggs. Season. Fry 1 sliced onion till soft, stir in eggs 100g grated Parmesan & sliced cooked potato. Cook low till set.
