Tips & Substitutions

For an extra flavor boost, consider adding a splash of vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. If you don't have graham cracker crumbs, crushed vanilla wafers or digestive biscuits can be a great substitute. To achieve the best results, ensure your cream cheese is at room temperature before beating it for a smooth texture. This dessert can also be made with fresh or frozen peaches.

Serving Suggestions

Serve Sister Barbara's Peaches N' Cream chilled as a delightful dessert on warm days. It pairs beautifully with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for added richness. Consider serving it alongside a light salad or refreshing fruit salad, such as Fruit Dream Salad, for a balanced meal.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. This dessert is best enjoyed chilled, so there's no need to reheat it. If you find the crust becomes soggy, you can enjoy the peach filling and cream cheese mixture separately for a delicious treat.
