Ingredients

  • 2 c. sliced potatoes
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 c. sliced carrots
  • 1 c. sliced onions
  • 2 c. ground beef
  • 2 c. canned tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. In a greased casserole, make a layer of each ingredient in the order given.
  2. Season each layer.
  3. Bake for 2 hours at 350°.
