Ingredients

  • 6 bacon strips
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin
  • 17 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels.
  2. Break into large pieces; discard all but 2 tablespoons of bacon grease from the skillet.
  3. Add sliced onion and simmer until brown.
  4. Stir in cream-style corn, salt, pepper, and milk; heat through.
  5. Sprinkle cooked bacon and chopped parsley on top and serve.
