Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 sticks celery
  • 3 cooked potatoes
  • 8 slices toasted bread
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Fry hamburger, chopped onion, chopped celery, salt, and pepper until browned.
  2. Add cooked potatoes, toasted bread slices, mushroom soup, and milk to the skillet.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
