  • 1 1/2 cups peeled, cubed 1-inch butternut squash
  • 1 1/2 cups peeled, quartered and sliced 1/2 inch yellow crookneck squash
  • 1 1/2 cups unpeeled, sliced 1/8-inch zucchini

Instructions
