Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons low sugar orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade.
  2. Process until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve with fresh fruit.
