Ingredients

  • 8 ripe tomatoes, peeled
  • 1/2 cup parsley, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard

Instructions

  1. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on a serving dish.
  2. Blend together the parsley, garlic, salt, sugar, pepper, salad oil, vinegar, and mustard to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the sliced tomatoes and serve.
