Ingredients

  • chopped cabbage
  • diced potatoes
  • chopped onions
  • Parmesan cheese
  • green beans
  • mushrooms
  • hamburger or bulk sausage, uncooked

Instructions

  1. Place a layer of chopped cabbage in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  2. Then add diced potatoes, chopped onions, green beans, mushrooms, hamburger or bulk sausage (uncooked), tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese or other shaker-type cheese in successive layers. Bake at 400° for 1 hour.
