Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt (Greek if you can find it)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts (pecans would work too)

Instructions

  1. Mix pumpkin with the yogurt and syrup.
  2. Top with cinnamon and nuts.
