Ingredients

  • chip chop ham
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • fresh mushrooms
  • 1 jar your favorite spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion into small pieces.
  2. Chop the green pepper into small pieces and slice the fresh mushrooms.
  3. Steam or sauté the onion, green pepper, and mushrooms until tender.
  4. In a large frying pan, add the spaghetti sauce.
  5. Add slices of chip chop ham one at a time to the sauce until all ham is covered.
  6. Simmer the ham in the sauce for 10 to 15 minutes.
