Ingredients

  • venison short ribs
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 3 Tbsp. bacon drippings

Instructions

  1. Soak venison in salt water overnight.
  2. Wash ribs and boil about 30 minutes in a pressure cooker at 10 pounds pressure. Remove the ribs from the cooker.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour this sauce over the ribs.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
