Ingredients

  • 9-inch pie crust
  • small onion
  • 2 c. whipping cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 to 12 slices bacon
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper

Instructions

  1. Whip the whipping cream until smooth.
  2. Add the eggs, cooked bacon, chopped small onion, mozzarella cheese, and red pepper to the whipped cream and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared 9-inch pie crust.
  4. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce the oven temperature and bake for an additional 30 minutes at 300°F.
  6. Let the quiche set for 10 minutes before serving.
