Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. country style ribs
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons catsup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon caraway seed

Instructions

  1. Place ribs and sliced onion in the slow cooker.
  2. Combine brown sugar, sauerkraut, catsup, salt, and caraway seed, then pour over the ribs and onion.
  3. Cover and cook on low setting for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours.
