Ingredients

  • 4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/4 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, butter, and salt like pie crust, then add egg yolks, sour cream, and milk; knead well.
  2. Roll out the dough about 1/8-inch thick and cut into small squares.
  3. Place a small amount of filling in the center of each square, then fold two corners on top, overlapping.
  4. Brush the pastries with egg wash.
  5. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
