Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 to 3 cans smoked oysters, drained

Instructions

  1. Mix together cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, minced onions, salt, and mayonnaise.
  2. Press the mixture onto foil, spreading to about 1/3-inch thickness.
  3. Shape the mixture into a rectangle approximately 5 x 10 inches.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture several hours or overnight.
  5. Chop the drained smoked oysters.
  6. Spread the chopped oysters along the center of the cheese mixture.
  7. Roll up the mixture jell-roll style.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
  9. Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  10. Serve with wafers or crackers.
