  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and rub them with vegetable oil.
  2. Bake at 400°F for 1 hour or until the potatoes are done.
