Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Philadelphia brand cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb. smoked whitefish
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, smoked whitefish, green onions, dill, lemon juice, and pepper until well blended.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture until chilled.
  3. Serve with cocktail rye bread slices or crackers.
  4. Garnish with quartered lemon and lime slices and additional fresh dill, if desired.
