Ingredients

  • 1 can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the drained green beans and white Shoe Peg corn in a casserole dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the cream of celery soup, sour cream, grated Cheddar cheese, chopped onions, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the bean and corn mixture, spreading evenly.
  5. Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed Ritz crackers.
  6. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (175°C) until bubbly and golden brown.
