Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. bottled barbecue sauce
  • 6 hamburg buns or 6 soft tortillas or 6 baked potatoes
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. coleslaw mix

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the beef, green pepper and onion for 5 to 10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink; drain fat.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce, barbecue sauce and coleslaw mix.
  3. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  4. Spoon into buns or tortillas or over each baked potato.
