Snow Grapes are a delightful, creamy-sweet treat featuring juicy grapes coated in a smooth vanilla cream cheese mixture, perfect for parties or a refreshing snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. red seedless grapes
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
  2. Remove the stems and drain the grapes well.
  3. Lay the grapes on paper towels to dry while preparing the cream mixture.
  4. In a bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the sour cream and vanilla to the cream cheese mixture and stir well.
  6. Pour the cream mixture over the grapes and stir gently to coat evenly.
  7. Refrigerate the coated grapes until chilled before serving.
