Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 pkg. frozen English peas
  • dash of red pepper
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
  • Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Instructions

  1. Let the frozen vegetables thaw.
  2. Drain and heat the vegetables.
  3. Add grated Velveeta cheese and a dash of red pepper to the vegetables.
  4. Arrange the mixture in a casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle with stuffing mix on top.
