- In a nonstick large pan (Dutch oven), spray with Pam.
- Throw in all the veggies.
- Put heat on medium.
- Steam fry veggies, tossing now and then.
- Sprinkle in garlic salt and pepper.
- When veggies are crisp cooked, throw in noodles and stir to unstick noodles. Add sauces and heat through.
