Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Lay four 10-inch long pieces of foil, shiny-side up, on the counter.
- Place one sole fillet in the center of each piece of foil.
- Top each fillet with 1 teaspoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of orange concentrate, and chopped green onions.
- Wrap and seal each foil packet.
- Place the foil packets on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve the sole with the extra orange juice sauce, alongside rice and mandarin orange salad.
