Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1/4 c. onion, diced
  • 1/4 c. green olives, diced
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 8 oz. can kidney beans, drained and mashed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 bottle hot catsup (to mix)

Instructions

  1. Combine and place in baking dish.
  2. Top with 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake at 350° until cheese melts.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
