Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless beef, pork or chicken, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 bunch green onion, diced
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • soy sauce
  • 1 lb pasta

Instructions

  1. Season the cubed meat with black pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Saute the seasoned meat in 2 tablespoons of oil until browned.
  3. Add approximately 1/4 to 1/3 cup of soy sauce to the meat and stir.
  4. Cover and simmer the meat while cooking the pasta.
  5. When the pasta is half done, add the diced celery, shredded carrot, green onion, and sliced mushrooms to the meat mixture.
  6. Stir the vegetables and meat together, then cover and continue cooking until the pasta is finished.
  7. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the meat and vegetable mixture.
  8. Toss everything together to combine well and serve immediately.
