- Season the cubed meat with black pepper and garlic powder.
- Saute the seasoned meat in 2 tablespoons of oil until browned.
- Add approximately 1/4 to 1/3 cup of soy sauce to the meat and stir.
- Cover and simmer the meat while cooking the pasta.
- When the pasta is half done, add the diced celery, shredded carrot, green onion, and sliced mushrooms to the meat mixture.
- Stir the vegetables and meat together, then cover and continue cooking until the pasta is finished.
- Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the meat and vegetable mixture.
- Toss everything together to combine well and serve immediately.
