Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. Bleu cheese
  • sprinkle of chives
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. sour cream
  • 1/4 wedge onion

Instructions

  1. Crumble the Bleu cheese.
  2. Mix the crumbled Bleu cheese with cream cheese, sour cream, chopped celery, chopped onion, and chopped chives.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball and chill until firm.
  4. Remove from refrigerator and let warm to room temperature before serving with crackers.
