Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 small potatoes
  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1 package onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Scrub the potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place the potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Melt the butter and pour it over the potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the potatoes.
  5. Cover the pan and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
