Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 6 spring onions
  • 8 oz. noodles
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 cans tomato sauce
  • garlic or garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and chopped spring onions and let stand for 2 hours.
  2. Brown ground beef with seasonings, then add tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  4. Layer cooked noodles in casserole dishes, then spread sour cream mixture, followed by the meat sauce.
  5. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes.
