Ingredients

  • 16 oz. green beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 4 oz. sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • buttered bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain green beans.
  2. Sauté onion and parsley in margarine.
  3. Stir in sour cream.
  4. Pour the mixture over the cooked green beans.
  5. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 20 minutes or until hot.
