Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. meal
  • 2/3 c. self-rising flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Sift dry ingredients.
  2. Mix together with other ingredients. Beat

  5. Pour
  6. into oiled iron skillet or muffin pan.
  7. Bake at

  9. approximately 12 minutes or until golden brown.
