Ingredients

  • 4 large fresh trout
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 5 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup grated onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the trout to taste.
  2. Place the trout on foil.
  3. Mix melted butter, lemon juice, chopped parsley, grated onion, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the trout and close the foil.
  5. Broil at 450°F until the trout is cooked through.
