Ingredients

  • 4 cups cornbread, crumbled
  • 3 cups hot chicken broth
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 chopped boiled eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 5 biscuits, crumbled
  • 3 teaspoons minced onion

Instructions

  1. Crumble the cornbread and biscuits into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Pour 3 cups of boiling chicken broth over the crumbled breads.
  3. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes to absorb the broth.
  4. Add chopped celery, chopped boiled eggs, sage, minced onion, and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 1 hour until golden and cooked through.
