Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 pkg. cornbread mix
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic, chopped
  • 1 large pkg. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger, onion and garlic until done; drain off fat. Add beans and corn; mix well.
  2. Put in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with 1/2 the cheese.
  4. Mix cornbread as directed on package.
  5. Pour on top of mix in baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake at 375° until cornbread is done.
