Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Pillsbury All-Ready pizza crust
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Sprinkle cornmeal onto the bottom of a greased 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
  3. Spread the pizza dough into the pan and pre-bake for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix the tomato sauce with chili powder and spread evenly over the pre-baked crust.
  5. Top with diced green and red peppers, drained green chilies, and shredded cheese tossed with chopped cilantro.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
