Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil ⓘ
- 1/4 cup vinegar ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons chili powder ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper ⓘ
- 1 garlic clove, minced ⓘ
- 1 can navy beans
- 1 can red kidney beans ⓘ
- 6 ounces Cheddar cheese, cut into chunks ⓘ
- 1 spring onion, chopped fine ⓘ
- 1 green pepper, chopped fine ⓘ
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, vinegar, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
- Add navy beans, red kidney beans, Cheddar cheese chunks, chopped spring onion, and chopped green pepper.
- Gently toss to mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
