Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • Round loaf bread (Hawaiian, caraway, sourdough, white)

Instructions

  1. Beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
  2. Fold in the grated cheddar cheese.
  3. Hollow out the round loaf bread and cut it into 1-inch cubes.
  4. Fill the hollowed loaf with the cheese mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes at 300°F with foil covering it on a cookie sheet.
  6. Toast the 1-inch bread cubes for dipping.
