Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh spinach
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 envelope Gourmet Caesar Good Seasons salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the fresh spinach and chopped romaine lettuce.
  2. In a small jar with a lid, add the salad dressing, water, vinegar, and olive oil.
  3. Secure the lid and shake well to mix the dressing ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad greens and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over the top before serving.
