- Soak the dry soy beans overnight.
- Rinse and drain the soaked soy beans.
- Combine the soy beans, tomato juice, peanut butter, salt, chopped celery, yeast flakes, chopped onion, and garlic powder in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Remove from blender and add 1 cup of cornmeal.
- Place the mixture in a sprayed can and cover.
- Place in a crock-pot with 1 inch of water.
- Steam on high for 4 hours.
