Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 2 large cans tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1/2 package fresh mushrooms
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. With 1 1/2 cups water, simmer the bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and celery until tender.
  2. Chop the garlic and add it to the pan.
  3. Add the spices: 1/4 teaspoon parsley and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  4. Add the canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato soup to the pan.
  5. Stir all the ingredients together.
  6. Serve the sauce over the cooked and drained spaghetti.
