Ingredients

  • 14 oz. cooked and drained spaghetti
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. parsley flakes
  • 16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 chopped onion
  • 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine spaghetti, eggs, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes (1/4 cup). In 2 (11 x 9-inch) baking dishes (greased), layer 1/2 of spaghetti and Mozzarella cheese; repeat layers. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve with following sauce.
