Spaghetti Special
Ingredients
- 14 oz. cooked and drained spaghetti ⓘ
- 4 beaten eggs ⓘ
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese ⓘ
- 1/4 c. parsley flakes ⓘ
- 16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese ⓘ
- 2 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. oregano ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. pepper ⓘ
- 1 lb. ground beef ⓘ
- 3/4 chopped onion
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes ⓘ
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste ⓘ
- 2 c. water ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley ⓘ
- 1 tsp. sugar ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine spaghetti, eggs, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes (1/4 cup). In 2 (11 x 9-inch) baking dishes (greased), layer 1/2 of spaghetti and Mozzarella cheese; repeat layers. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve with following sauce.
