- Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- Drain and rinse with hot water.
- Prepare a baking dish (8 x 12-inch or 9 x 13-inch) by greasing lightly.
- Lightly toss spaghetti noodles with milk and beaten egg.
- Spread evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Spoon spaghetti sauce over the noodles.
- Place pepperoni slices over the sauce.
