- Continue beating on medium speed while adding oil.
- Mix in vanilla extract and blended spaghetti squash.
- Combine dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add the dry mixture to the squash mixture and mix well.
- Optionally, fold in nuts or raisins if desired.
- Grease and flour two bread pans.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pans.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
