Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. thin spaghetti
  • 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1/4 c. peanut butter
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 ginger root, peeled and grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Toss the cooked spaghetti with sesame oil.
  3. Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, and grated ginger in a bowl.
  4. Add the peanut butter mixture to the spaghetti and toss well to coat.
